Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you sign in, we create an account to save your progress. Depending on how you sign in, this may include an anonymous account identifier, or, if you use Apple or Google sign-in, the name and email address those providers share with us.
- Gameplay data. Information generated as you play, such as campaign progress, match results, unlocked characters and items, in-game currency, and settings.
- Purchase information. When you buy in-app products or items from our store, our payment partners process your transaction and provide us with confirmation and entitlement details. We do not collect or store your full payment card number.
- Device and usage information. Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash reports. We may also collect basic information about how the Services are used. This helps us diagnose problems and improve the game.
- Communications. If you contact us (for example, by email), we keep a record of that correspondence so we can respond and provide support.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including saving your progress.
- To process purchases and deliver the items or content you buy.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve gameplay and performance.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We work with trusted third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and data storage, user authentication, payment and subscription processing, app distribution and in-app billing, and analytics. These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Corporate Duels, our players, or others.
- Business transfers. If Corporate Duels is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@corporateduels.com. You can also request that we delete your account and associated data using our account deletion page. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Users
We may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
