You can ask us to delete your Corporate Duels account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what happens next.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at hi@corporateduels.com with the subject line “Delete my account.” So we can locate and verify your account, please send the request from the email address associated with your account, or include the email or sign-in method (Apple or Google) you used. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before deleting data.
What We Delete
When we process your request, we delete or anonymize the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account and profile information.
- Your gameplay data, such as campaign progress, match history, unlocked content, and in-game currency.
- Your settings and preferences.
What We May Retain
We may keep a limited amount of information where we are required or permitted to do so by law — for example, transaction and purchase records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. We retain this only for as long as necessary, and then delete or anonymize it. Note that purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ own records and policies.
Timeframe
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone — your progress, unlocked content, and any unused in-game currency will be lost.
